All elements of the website (text, graphics, the "Phitalys" logo, interface and code) are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.

Personal-data protection

Phitalys is a Microsoft 365 presence-analytics service. Two processing activities should be distinguished:

• The marketing website (phitalys.com) only collects the data you voluntarily submit through the contact form (name, organisation, email, message), solely to answer your request. This data is not shared with third parties.
• The service (app.phitalys.com), when subscribed to by a client organisation: the organisation is the data controller and the publisher acts as a processor under the GDPR, within a data-processing agreement. The service applies minimisation (metadata and volumes, never the content of communications), masking of groups smaller than five, logging of named access, and ships detection modules disabled by default. Any monitoring of activity is the client's responsibility, who must inform employees and consult the works council where applicable.

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights regarding the marketing website, write to contact@phishia.fr. For data processed through the service, contact your employer (the data controller).

Cookies

The website uses Google Analytics (GA4) for audience measurement. This tracker is only set after your consent, collected through a banner; you can withdraw it at any time via “Manage cookies” in the footer. Anonymised IP, no advertising purpose. The site also uses a cookieless, self-hosted analytics tool (GoatCounter, exempt from consent), and a technical local storage for the theme preference.
